Create new dialog¶
Here you can see how the create dialog have been configured with a few custom save actions. And also 2 summary configuration that shows existing ongoing tickets related to the person or the company in the form.
We can see how we see the existing ticket and can go to it in a new tab to see if it's a duplicate or not. If it's a duplicate we can continue on the that ticket otherwise we can just continue creating the new ticket and start working on that.
